Own practice in Luxembourg. Focus: conservative treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system, especially myofascial pain.

Since 2000
Use of radial and focused shock waves for the treatment of muscle and tendon pain, development of empirical treatment schemes for the musculature using various shock wave devices from several manufacturers, based on the well-known trigger point theories.

Lectures on this topic at the Annual Congresses for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (VSOU, DGOU), as well as DIGEST and ISMST.

Leading medical training events on the application of shock waves to muscles at the annual congresses of the VSOU (Association of Southern German Orthopaedists and Trauma Surgeons) and the DGOU (German Society for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery) and since 2007 of the DIGEST (German-speaking International Society for Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy) and the ISMST (International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment).
